Q 16: Who should we learn the real Islam from?
Differentiating truth from vain, especially in the world today, is faced with different challenges. For instance, to know Islam, besides spreading rumour and lies by the enemies of Islam there is a big challenge named “Muslemin” (Muslims).
A bigger challenge comes to exist, too, when people want to know Islam through mixed behaviour of Muslims. But, Quran learns us the way of knowing Islam:
We never sent but men before you to whom we revealed, ask the people of the remembrance, if you do not know. (- Al Nahl) (Surah 16-verse 43)
(We sent them) with clear signs and the psalms. And we sent down to you the remembrance so that you can make clear to people what has been sent down to them, in order that they reflect. 4- Al Nahl) (Surah 16-verse 44)
Yes, Quran introduces prophet as a best teacher and interpreter of Quran and Islam. He (the Prophet) as well as his traditions (Ahadith), the way of his living, and his true successors are the authentic and genuine references for knowing Islam rather than unaware Muslims who commit crime with the name of Islam.
