The role of women in Islam is as Quran says: (Surah The believer, verse 40)
"Anyone who commits some evil deed will merely be rewarded with something else like it, while someone who acts honorably, whether it is a man or a woman, provided he is a believer will enter the Heaven. He(or she) will be provided for there without any reckoning."
---------------------------------------
Prophet Mohammad(PBUH) has said: I leave two honorable things among you: The holy book(Quran) and The Etrat(The Imams"hadithes and statements")
So, we should see what they said throughout their life even though about the interpretation of the verses of Quran. For example, the punishment for women which is adviced in it for the time of disobedience should be down by a thin wood which Arabs at that time used to clean their tooth with. You know why it was just to show his wife that I am upset about your actions. And nowhere in Quran or Hadiths you could find an order to punish the children. Even though you see alot of Hadithes and verses of Quran on loving and showing your love to them.
For example: there is a Hadith from the Prophet that: The best man is the one who is the best and the kindest to his wife.

The Holy Quran, regardless of being a one volume book of about 600 pages, is a concise encyclopedia of every possible aspect of human life.

Here are discussed a few verses on "rights" and especially "Human Rights" in Quran.

Each verse will be discussed in a separate post.
---------------------
Say: Come I will recite what your Lord has forbidden to you— (remember) that you do not associate anything with Him and show kindness to your parents, and do not slay your children for (fear of) poverty— We provide for you and for them— and do not draw nigh to indecencies, those of them which are apparent and those which are concealed, and do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden except for the requirements of justice; this He has enjoined you with that you may understand.

6:151

And do not approach the property of the orphan except in the best manner until he attains his maturity, and give full measure and weight with justice— We do not impose on any soul a duty except to the extent of its ability; and when you speak, then be just though it be (against) a relative, and fulfill Allah's covenant; this He has enjoined you with that you may be mindful;

6:152
------------------
Perhaps one of the most complete - as well as one of the shortest - attitudes towards "Human rights".
And do not wrong men of their things, and do not act corruptly in the earth, making mischief.

Chapter 26:183
--------------------------------
Yes, Quran is unknown by most people.
All the answers of all the questions are in it. Every science is in it. All the people who are asleep would be awakened through it, but the ones who try to be slept would not be awakened.
------------------
If you truely want to get the answers of your questions, ask it from Quran. You ask it here and we give your answers through Quran.

Dear Friend! Do you know Islam and Muhammad? You may have heard many things about Islam and its Prophet from mass media. Most of the time Muslims are depicted as extremists and terrorists and Prophet Muhammad is repeatedly insulted there. It seems that you are logical thinkers who listen to all words in order to select the best. One of the great Islamic leaders, Imam Khamenei, has written a letter to all people who believe in freedom of speech. If you want to hear others you can read this letter. It takes you a few minutes. Please have a look. You can refer to the following link:

or you can read the letter here:

Message of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei

Leader of The Islamic Republic of Iran

To the Youth in Europe and North America

In the name of God, the Beneficent the Merciful

The recent events in France and similar ones in some other Western countries have convinced me to directly talk to you about them. I am addressing you, [the youth], not because I overlook your parents, rather it is because the future of your nations and countries will be in your hands; and also I find that the sense of quest for truth is more vigorous and attentive in your hearts.

I don’t address your politicians and statesmen either in this writing because I believe that they have consciously separated the route of politics from the path of righteousness and truth.

I would like to talk to you about Islam, particularly the image that is presented to you as Islam. Many attempts have been made over the past two decades, almost since the disintegration of the Soviet Union, to place this great religion in the seat of a horrifying enemy. The provocation of a feeling of horror and hatred and its utilization has unfortunately a long record in the political history of the West.

Here, I don’t want to deal with the different phobias with which the Western nations have thus far been indoctrinated. A cursory review of recent critical studies of history would bring home to you the fact that the Western governments’ insincere and hypocritical treatment of other nations and cultures has been censured in new historiographies.

The histories of the United States and Europe are ashamed of slavery, embarrassed by the colonial period and chagrined at the oppression of people of color and non-Christians. Your researchers and historians are deeply ashamed of the bloodsheds wrought in the name of religion between the Catholics and Protestants or in the name of nationality and ethnicity during the First and Second World Wars. This approach is admirable.

By mentioning a fraction of this long list, I don’t want to reproach history; rather I would like you to ask your intellectuals as to why the public conscience in the West awakens and comes to its senses after a delay of several decades or centuries. Why should the revision of collective conscience apply to the distant past and not to the current problems? Why is it that attempts are made to prevent public awareness regarding an important issue such as the treatment of Islamic culture and thought?

You know well that humiliation and spreading hatred and illusionary fear of the “other” have been the common base of all those oppressive profiteers. Now, I would like you to ask yourself why the old policy of spreading “phobia” and hatred has targeted Islam and Muslims with an unprecedented intensity. Why does the power structure in the world want Islamic thought to be marginalized and remain latent? What concepts and values in Islam disturb the programs of the super powers and what interests are safeguarded in the shadow of distorting the image of Islam? Hence, my first request is: Study and research the incentives behind this widespread tarnishing of the image of Islam.

My second request is that in reaction to the flood of prejudgments and disinformation campaigns, try to gain a direct and firsthand knowledge of this religion. The right logic requires that you understand the nature and essence of what they are frightening you about and want you to keep away from.

I don’t insist that you accept my reading or any other reading of Islam. What I want to say is: Don’t allow this dynamic and effective reality in today’s world to be introduced to you through resentments and prejudices. Don’t allow them to hypocritically introduce their own recruited terrorists as representatives of Islam.

Receive knowledge of Islam from its primary and original sources. Gain information about Islam through the Qur’an and the life of its great Prophet. I would like to ask you whether you have directly read the Qur’an of the Muslims. Have you studied the teachings of the Prophet of Islam and his humane, ethical doctrines? Have you ever received the message of Islam from any sources other than the media?

Have you ever asked yourself how and on the basis of which values has Islam established the greatest scientific and intellectual civilization of the world and raised the most distinguished scientists and intellectuals throughout several centuries?

I would like you not to allow the derogatory and offensive image-buildings to create an emotional gulf between you and the reality, taking away the possibility of an impartial judgment from you. Today, the communication media have removed the geographical borders. Hence, don’t allow them to besiege you within fabricated and mental borders.

Although no one can individually fill the created gaps, each one of you can construct a bridge of thought and fairness over the gaps to illuminate yourself and your surrounding environment. While this preplanned challenge between Islam and you, the youth, is undesirable, it can raise new questions in your curious and inquiring minds. Attempts to find answers to these questions will provide you with an appropriate opportunity to discover new truths.

Therefore, don’t miss the opportunity to gain proper, correct and unbiased understanding of Islam so that hopefully, due to your sense of responsibility toward the truth, future generations would write the history of this current interaction between Islam and the West with a clearer conscience and lesser resentment.

Now is the time to circulate the leader’s message with the aim of elaborating Islam through using original references specially Quran. This is an easy way for benefiting more from Quran. We all have to be at the scene and make webs in the country and wherever we live to explain and elaborate Islam and the mission of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Insha-Allah with the following motto: O the youth in the world who are searching for truth, ask your questions from Quran and get the complete and comprehend answers from this holy book

As Ayatollah Khamenei’s letter to the western youth encouraged us to understand Islam through Quran

(This is a new way of understanding Quran)

In the name of Allah the Merciful the Compassionate

Since the people would like to be in a close relation with God, they would like to talk with him and hear his talks , too. I decided to use Quran for having this conversation with God, so that we have his real talks.

This is a new way for a better understanding of Quran especially for young people. Through reading the versus  of a surreh. I ask questions from God, and He , for example , answers me by the exact versus of that surreh. so you can take a look at the list of questions, choose the ones you are interested to get its answer. Then you will see God has given it's answer in Quran, since the answers of all our questions are in Quran.

Let's begin with surah Hujurat (the Apartments).

  ----------------------------------

In the name of God , theMercy-giving,the Merciful

My question and His answer (through Surah The Apartments))

The Non-Muslim questions  and the answers of Quran (1-10)

Following Imam Khamenei message to the youth in Europe and North America about knowing Islam via Quran, please circulate this method and the content in web. (part one)

The Questions of non-Muslim youth and the Answers of Quran

(A new method toward knowing more about Quran preferred by young generation)

(A youth or every interrogator asks and God answers via Quran)

Q1: What is the reality of Islam

After sending down the Torah, the Gospel, and other holy books God in fact has split the stone of all divine religions and get the Islam out of it. Actually, Islam is the core of all religions. God, indeed, brings forth the living from the dead and the dead from the living. And through sending down the Quran he, in fact, has refined the non-applicable as well as non-alive part of other holy books. He, then, has kept and completed the remaining alive and applicable parts and sent down a new religion named Islam.

It is Allah who caused the seed-grain and the date-stone to split and sprout. He caused the living to issue from the dead, and He is the One to cause the dead to issue from the living. That is Allah: then how are you deluded away from the truth? 95-Anaam (Surah 6)

-------------------------------------------

Q2: Why do many people have not received the truth of Islam

Those who God has led them astray due to their hypocrisy, never find the way.

Why should you be two groups concerning the hypocrites, while Allah has made them relapse because of their deeds? Do you desire to guide someone Allah has led astray? Whomever Allah leads astray, you will never find any way for him. 88-Nisa (Surah 4)

 -------------------------------------------

Q3: What should we do to get out of wrongdoing

We have to pray and ask God to direct us into right way like the prophets and pious servants of God who did the same and were responded by God.

(Remember) Noah, when he cried (to Us) aforetime: We listened to his (prayer) and delivered him and his family from great distress. 76- Anbiaa (Surah 21)

And (remember) Job, when He cried to his Lord," Truly distress has seized me, but You are the Most Merciful of those that are merciful." 83- Anbiaa (Surah 21)

So We listened to him: We removed the distress that was on him, and We restored his people to him, and doubled their number, - - as a Grace from Ourselves, and a thing for commemoration, for all who serve Us. 84- Anbiaa (Surah 21)

And remember Zunnun, when he departed in wrath: He imagined that We had no power over him! But he cried through the depths of darkness," There is no god but You: glory to You: I was indeed wrong!" 87- Anbiaa (Surah 21)

So We listened to him: and delivered him from distress: and thus do We deliver those who have faith. 88- Anbiaa (Surah 21)

And (remember) Zakariya, when he cried to his Lord:" O my Lord! Leave me not without offspring, though You are the best of inheritors." 89- Anbiaa (Surah 21)

So We listened to him: and We granted him John: We cured his wife's (barrenness) for him. These (three) were ever quick in doing in good works; they used to call on Us with yearning and awe, and humble themselves before Us. 90- Anbiaa (Surah 21)

 -------------------------------------------

Q4: What is the similarity between Moses (AS) and Prophet Jesus (AS) with Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)

They all have the God in common and all of them are the Lord of the World's messengers.

Moses said:" O Pharaoh! I am a messenger from the Lord of the Worlds". 104- A'raaf (Surah 7)

Finally, the sorcerers told:" We believe in the Lord of the Worlds- 121- A'raaf (Surah 7)

" The Lord of Moses and Aaron." 122- A'raaf (Surah 7)

-------------------------------------------

Q5: Who at last confirm the promise of God messengers

God gives life to those who do good deed. He, also, gives them the light to get guided and walk proudly among people.

Can he who was dead, to whom We gave life, and a Light whereby he can walk amongst men, be like him who is in the depths of darkness, from which he can never come out? Thus to those without faith their own deeds seem pleasing. 122- Anaam (Surah 6)

-------------------------------------------

Q6: Who does get guided, in fact, and find the right path

Only sincere get guided.

(Iblis) said:" Then, by The Power, I will lead them all astray. 82- Saad (Surah 38)

"Except The Servants amongst them, sincere and purified (by Your Grace)." 83-Saad (Surah 38)

-------------------------------------------

Q7: What testimonies existed to stabilize the legitimacy and rightfulness of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)

Asking for the guidance from Prophet and being responded by him is enough to stabilize the rightfulness of Islam and Prophet (PBUH). It is in this case that you for sure get to water (the truth) rather than the water foam (the vain).

To Him is due the true prayer: any others that they call upon besides Him hear them no more than if they were to stretch forth their hands for water to reach their mouths but it reaches them not: for the prayer of those without Faith is nothing but vain prayer. 14- Ra'd (Surah 13)

-------------------------------------------

Q8: What are the characteristics of God's messengers specially Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

Among the Believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah: of them some have died, and some (still) wait: but they have never changed (their determination) in the least. 23- Ahzaab (Surah 33)

-------------------------------------------

Q9: In a nutshell, what does God say the world about Prophet Muhammad

Among them are men who molest the Prophet and say," He is (all) ear." Say," He listens to what is best for you: he believes in Allah, has faith in the Believers, and is a Mercy to those of you who believe." But those who molest the Messenger will have a grievous chastisement. 61- Tawba (Surah 9)

-------------------------------------------

Q10: What will be the end of oppressive states and hired media who does not let the people to perceive the reality and truth of Islam and mission of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

Who, then, dose more wrong than one who utters a lie concerning Allah, and rejects the Truth when it comes to him! Is there not in Hell an abode for the unbelievers? 32- Zumar (Surah 39)

And he who brings the Truth and he who confirms (and supports) it - - such are the men who do right. 33-Zumar (Surah 39)

You dear youth ask the rest of questions and we try to find brief answers from Quran, Insha-Allah.

In regard to Ayatollah Khamenei’s letter to western youth and his emphasis on”Gaining information about Islam through the Qur’an and the life of Islam's great Prophet” ,it is a new, interesting and easy way to know about Islam through Quran.(Please, publish it for others too. (part two)

The questions of non-Muslim youth and the answers of Quran

My questionsand His answers

(God’s answers through Quran)

Quran-(Surah Booty, verse 38)
Tell those who disbelieve that if they cease (frompersecution of believers) that which is past will be forgiven them; but if theyreturn (thereto) then the example of the men of old hath already gone (beforethem, for a warning).” (38)

Q 16: Who should we learn the real Islam from?

Differentiating truth from vain, especially in the world today, is faced with different challenges. For instance, to know Islam, besides spreading rumour and lies by the enemies of Islam there is a big challenge named “Muslemin” (Muslims).

A bigger challenge comes to exist, too, when people want to know Islam through mixed behaviour of Muslims. But, Quran learns us the way of knowing Islam:

We never sent but men before you to whom we revealed, ask the people of the remembrance, if you do not know. (- Al Nahl) (Surah 16-verse 43)

(We sent them) with clear signs and the psalms. And we sent down to you the remembrance so that you can make clear to people what has been sent down to them, in order that they reflect. 4- Al Nahl) (Surah 16-verse 44)

Yes, Quran introduces prophet as a best teacher and interpreter of Quran and Islam. He (the Prophet) as well as his traditions (Ahadith), the way of his living, and his true successors are the authentic and genuine references for knowing Islam rather than unaware Muslims who commit crime with the name of Islam.

The non-Moslem questions and the answers of Quran

Q17: Does Islam agree with the commandments of Judaism and Christianity? Is there any similarity between religions commandments

The Quran has referred to the competence of the Prophets in its chapters (surahs) to the extent that God commands Prophet of Islam to follow Quran way. He also brings Moses’ commandments in Quran and named them straight path.

Say, "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you. [He commands] that you not associate anything with Him, and to parents, good treatment, and do not kill your children out of poverty; We will provide for you and them. And do not approach immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed. And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal] right. This has He instructed you that you may use reason." (151- Al-An’am) (Surah 6)

And do not approach the orphan's property except in a way that is best until he reaches maturity. And give full measure and weight in justice. We do not charge any soul except [with that within] its capacity. And when you testify, be just, even if [it concerns] a near relative. And the covenant of Allah fulfill. This has He instructed you that you may remember. (152- Al-An’am) (Surah 6)

And, [moreover], this is My path, which is straight, so follow it; and do not follow [other] ways, for you will be separated from His way. This has He instructed you that you may become righteous. (153- Al-An’am) (Surah 6)
Yes, these are the life-giving commandments of Prophet Moses (AS) which are emphasized in Quran.
Now You Judge: What is Islam? And who is Muslim?
Whoever follows these commandments is called Muslim and whoever in whatever dress and whatever job does not follow these commandments is not Muslim. Prophet Muhammad stated that there are three things no one (being Muslim or non-Muslim) should leave:
1. Doing good to parents
2. Fulfilling the promise
3. Faithful to the trust
(Nahj-ul-Fasaaha, page 115)
He also mentioned: The more Muslim is the one among you whose morality is the best and understanding of the religion is deeper
